Instructions

  1. Mix warm milk, water, and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs to the dry ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough and shape into rolls.
  7. Place rolls on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
