Delicious grilled salmon inspired by Texas Roadhouse.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture on both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Place salmon on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- During the last minute, add lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on salmon thickness.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
- Marinate salmon for 30 minutes for extra flavor.
