- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 jalapeño, diced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine black beans, corn, salsa, and taco seasoning.
- Add sour cream and mix until well combined.
- Stir in shredded cheese and jalapeño.
- Transfer to a serving dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
