Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken fillet, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, lime juice, and brown sugar for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
