- 1 lb beef steak
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, garlic, sugar, and chili flakes for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the beef for 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Let the beef rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with fresh cilantro on top and your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use flank steak for best results.
- Adjust chili flakes to your heat preference.
- Can also be served with sticky rice.
