  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Soak rice noodles in hot water for 30 minutes, then drain.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add chilies, then stir in noodles.
  6. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar; mix well.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in basil leaves.
  8. Serve hot.
