Ingredients

  • 200g dumpling wrappers
  • 300g ground chicken
  • 100g chopped vegetables (carrots, cabbage)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, chopped vegetables, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Fold and seal the dumplings.
  4. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  5. Add the dumplings and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float.
  6. Stir in lime juice.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
