Ingredients

- 200g dumpling wrappers
- 300g ground chicken
- 100g chopped vegetables (carrots, cabbage)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, chopped vegetables, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Fold and seal the dumplings.
- In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the dumplings and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float.
- Stir in lime juice.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
Notes
- You can use tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with chili sauce for added heat.
