Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • Thai chili sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
  2. Mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Coat marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  5. Fry chicken for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove chicken and drain on paper towels.
  7. Assemble sandwiches with fried chicken, coleslaw, and chili sauce on brioche buns.
