Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken fillet, diced
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and water.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add diced chicken.
- Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Pour the peanut sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve topped with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
