  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat broth over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in bok choy and bell pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add potstickers to the pot and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and lime juice.
