Ingredients

  • 23 Thai chilies, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine chicken broth, lemongrass, lime leaves, ginger, and chilies.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  5. Add coconut milk, fish sauce, and lime juice.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro.
