- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and trim the green beans.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add green beans and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in sliced almonds and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the beans are tender.
- Serve warm.
