A hearty and easy-to-make hobo casserole using ground beef.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until fully cooked.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and diced potatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Use leftover cooked beef for quicker preparation.
- Can substitute cream of mushroom with cream of chicken soup.
