- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak in soy sauce and brown sugar for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the flank steak and cook until browned.
- Mix cornstarch and water; add to the pan to thicken the sauce.
- Stir in green onions and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot over rice.
