Description
A creamy and cheesy broccoli bake loaded with three types of cheese.
Ingredients

- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam the broccoli florets until slightly tender.
- In a large bowl, combine the cheeses, heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steamed broccoli to the cheese mixture and stir until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Serve hot as a side dish.
- Can substitute broccoli with cauliflower.
- Add cooked chicken for a main dish.
