Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and mascarpone until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold whipped cream into cheese mixture.
  4. In a shallow dish, combine coffee and coffee liqueur.
  5. Dip ladyfingers in coffee mixture briefly.
  6. Layer half of the ladyfingers in a serving dish.
  7. Spread half of the cheese mixture over ladyfingers.
  8. Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers and cheese mixture.
  9. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
