Ingredients

  • 100g pancetta, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50g Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, cook the pancetta until crispy.
  3. Add minced garlic to the pancetta and cook for 1 minute.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Drain tortellini and add to the pan with pancetta.

  7. Season with salt and pepper.
