Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, combine chopped dates, orange juice, oil, sugar, eggs, and zest.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
