Ingredients

  • 6 cups day-old bread, cubed
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  3. Whisk the mixture until smooth.
  4. Add the cubed bread and raisins, if using. Stir to combine.
  5. Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes to soak the bread.
  6. Grease a baking dish and pour the bread mixture into it.
  7. Sprinkle sugar on top.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden.
  9. Let it cool before serving.
