A rich and moist banana bread infused with three types of chocolate.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- Add baking soda and salt, then mix.
- Mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Add flour and cocoa powder, then stir until just combined.
- Fold in all types of chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- You can substitute chocolate chips with nuts if desired.
