Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup melted butter

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  3. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Add baking soda and salt, then mix.
  5. Mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  6. Add flour and cocoa powder, then stir until just combined.
  7. Fold in all types of chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let it cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
