A rich and decadent triple chocolate mousse cake with layers of dark, milk, and white chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup milk chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate and set aside to cool.
- Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk in melted dark chocolate.
- Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Repeat process for milk chocolate and white chocolate layers.
- Layer dark chocolate mousse in a springform pan, followed by milk and then white chocolate mousse.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove from pan and serve chilled.
