Description
Classic bangers and mash served with rich onion gravy.
Ingredients

- 4 sausages
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 cup beef stock
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes.
- Boil the potatoes until tender.
- Cook the sausages in a pan until browned.
- Slice the onion and sauté in the same pan until caramelized.
- Add flour to the onions and stir for 1 minute.
- Pour in the beef stock and simmer until thickened.
- Drain the potatoes, mash with butter, and season.
- Serve sausages over mash and drizzle with onion gravy.
Notes
- Use your favorite type of sausages.
- Adjust the thickness of the gravy by adding more or less stock.
