Description

A delicious turkey bacon melt sandwich with melted cheese and crispy bacon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 leaf of lettuce
  • 2 slices of tomato

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  2. Toast the bread slices lightly.
  3. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each bread slice.
  4. Layer one slice of bread with turkey bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
  5. Top with the other slice of bread, spread side down.
  6. Grill the sandwich in the skillet until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Cut in half and serve warm.
