A healthy and delicious turkey meatball zoodle bowl.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup zucchini noodles
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- While meatballs bake, heat marinara sauce in a pan.
- Add zucchini noodles to the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve zoodles topped with meatballs and garnish with basil.
Notes
- Use spiralized zucchini for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- This recipe can be doubled for meal prep.
