Ingredients

  • 1 cup zucchini noodles
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. While meatballs bake, heat marinara sauce in a pan.
  6. Add zucchini noodles to the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve zoodles topped with meatballs and garnish with basil.
