Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Remove patties and set aside.
  6. In the same pan, add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  7. Sprinkle flour over mushrooms and stir to combine.
  8. Gradually add beef broth, stirring until the gravy thickens.
  9. Add the patties back to the pan, spoon gravy over them, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot.
