Description
Delicious turkey salisbury steaks served with mushroom gravy.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove patties and set aside.
- In the same pan, add mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Sprinkle flour over mushrooms and stir to combine.
- Gradually add beef broth, stirring until the gravy thickens.
- Add the patties back to the pan, spoon gravy over them, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh mushrooms for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning based on preference.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
