Ingredients

- 1 pound turkey sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey sausage until browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Add the cooked sausage, cheese, vegetables, and bread to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute with your favorite vegetables.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
- Reheat leftovers in the microwave.
