Instructions
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Layer cooked noodles in a baking dish.
- Add a layer of ricotta mixture over the noodles.
- Spread a layer of chocolate pudding on top.
- Add a layer of whipped cream.
- Drizzle caramel sauce and sprinkle pecans on top.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream.
- Top with chocolate chips and extra pecans.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
