Description
A refreshing salad combining chicken, tzatziki sauce, and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and tzatziki sauce.
- Add diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Mix in chopped dill.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve over a bed of greens for a complete meal.
- Can substitute Greek yogurt for tzatziki if desired.
