- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in mini marshmallows, strawberries, and chocolate chips.
- Spoon the mixture into serving dishes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Can substitute strawberries with raspberries or blueberries.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Can add more chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
