Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the dry ingredients until smooth.
- Spread batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool, then roll up with cream filling.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator.
- Best served chilled.
- Can be dusted with powdered sugar before serving.
