  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Sift in flour and baking powder, fold gently.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  5. Pour batter into a lined baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
  7. Turn the cake onto a clean towel dusted with powdered sugar.
  8. Roll the cake with the towel and let it cool.
