- 3 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 cups sliced apples
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, coconut oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Press half of the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, combine sliced apples with lemon juice and maple syrup.
- Fill the crust with the apple mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining streusel mixture over the apples.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until apples are soft and topping is golden.
- Let it cool before serving.
