- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas and almond milk.
- Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Fold in the rolled oats and walnuts.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or cold.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Add berries or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
