Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked ziti, marinara sauce, vegan ricotta, spinach, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded vegan mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
