Ingredients

- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the black beans with a fork.
- Add breadcrumbs, corn, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each patty for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve on a bun with your favorite toppings.
