A delicious vegan version of classic bounty bars.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g dark chocolate (vegan)
Instructions
- Mix shredded coconut, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small bars and place them on a lined tray.
- Freeze the bars for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt dark chocolate in a bowl.
- Dip each bar in melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
- Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store bars in the refrigerator.
- You can adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Use dairy-free chocolate for a fully vegan option.
