Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate (vegan)

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded coconut, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into small bars and place them on a lined tray.
  3. Freeze the bars for about 30 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt dark chocolate in a bowl.
  5. Dip each bar in melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
  6. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
