Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in black beans, rice, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto each tortilla.
  6. Add avocado slices and pico de gallo.
  7. Wrap the burritos tightly.
  8. Serve warm.
