  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup vegan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
  3. Add olive oil and warm water. Knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Sauté spinach, mushrooms, and onion until soft.
  6. Mix in vegan cheese, Italian seasoning, and nutritional yeast.
  7. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  8. Spoon filling onto one half of each circle.
  9. Fold and seal the edges.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
