Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vegan butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine coconut cream, brown sugar, and maple syrup.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Add vegan butter and stir until melted and combined.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
- Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave before using.
