A delicious vegan alternative to traditional cheese fondue.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cashews, soaked
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh vegetables for dipping
- Bread cubes for dipping
Instructions
- Soak cashews in water for at least 4 hours.
- Drain and rinse the cashews.
- Blend cashews, nutritional yeast, almond milk, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Once warmed, serve immediately with fresh vegetables and bread cubes.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you like for dipping.
- Adjust seasoning as needed.
- For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper.
