Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/4 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Add almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Store leftover crepes in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Use a non-stick spray if needed to prevent sticking.
