- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt.
- Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk over medium heat until warm.
- Add dark chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Top with fresh berries or coconut whipped cream if desired.
- Allow the pie to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier slicing.
