Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt.
  3. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk over medium heat until warm.
  6. Add dark chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.
  7. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
  8. Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled crust.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
