Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk and maple syrup over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a little water to make a slurry.
  3. Add the cornstarch slurry to the saucepan and stir well.
  4. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring until thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Let it cool before using.
