Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Soak cashews in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
- Blend cashews, nutritional yeast, water, lemon juice, salt, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Stir well before serving.

- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Use within 5 days for best freshness.
