Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup water (more if needed)

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. Add cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and water to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, add more water a tablespoon at a time.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Transfer to a container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
