A delicious and customizable vegan version of the classic Crunchwrap Supreme, packed with flavor and texture.
Ingredients

- 1 large tortilla
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1/4 cup vegan cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix refried beans with taco seasoning.
- Lay the tortilla flat on a surface.
- Spread refried beans in the center of the tortilla.
- Add layers of vegan cheese, diced tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and guacamole.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to enclose the filling.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the folded tortilla seam side down in the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet, cut in half, and serve.
Notes
- Customize with your favorite ingredients.
- Serve with salsa or hot sauce.
