Vegan dumplings filled with assorted vegetables.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and water to form a dough.
- Knead the dough until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
- Add cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms; cook until tender.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Place filling in the center of each circle and fold to seal.
- Steam dumplings for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust filling ingredients based on preference.
- Can freeze uncooked dumplings for later use.
