Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and water to form a dough.
  2. Knead the dough until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. In a pan, sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
  4. Add cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms; cook until tender.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  7. Place filling in the center of each circle and fold to seal.
  8. Steam dumplings for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Serve with dipping sauce.
