Instructions

  3. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
  4. In a separate pan, heat sugar until it melts and turns golden brown. Pour it into a flan mold or ramekins.
  5. Pour the thickened mixture over the caramel in the mold.
  6. Bake in a water bath for 30-40 minutes.
