Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil, brown sugar, molasses, and almond milk.
  4. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until combined.
  5. Roll dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Flatten each ball slightly.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.
