Instructions

  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter.
