- 1 cup gluten free flour
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gluten free flour and almond milk until smooth.
- Add coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
Notes
- Serve with fresh fruits or syrup.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
